How the Hay Container System Works

2. Choose a Pickup Location
Select the self-serve hay container location that works best for you.
3. Place Your Order
Choose the hay you want, select the number of bales, choose your payment option, and submit your order online.
4. Receive Your Access Code
After your order is confirmed, we will send you pickup instructions and a one-time access code.
5. Pick Up Your Hay
Go to the container, enter your code, open the door, and take the number of bales you ordered.
If you selected an offline payment option, leave your payment in the cash box inside the container.
6. Close and Lock the Container
After loading your hay, close the doors and make sure the container is locked for the next customer.
